• Triple edge, 20° diamond blade has a step gauge mechanism to provide the surgeon the control desired when creating a variety of incisions, which include groove, paracentesis, and astigmatic keratotomy.
• Includes preset steps of 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, and 0.8mm, full extension at 4.0mm.
• Width of blade tip 0.2mm tapers to 0.8mm.
• Overall length (blade retracted): 115.0mm, 4.5 inches.
E0124 Donnenfeld LRI Diamond Knife
• Features a single footplate design with a fixed depth of 0.6mm for limbal relaxing incisions.
• The tri-facet 20° blade is for incisions to the left or right and is angulated 10° for better alignment and approach.
• The shorter handle length promotes ease of use under the microscope or at the slit lamp.
• The blade assembly retracts into handle for storage.

E0123 Nichamin LRI Diamond Knife
• Incorporates many features to enhance the surgeon’s visualization and provide excellent control while creating the incision.
• The very small footplate is curved to conform to the fixation/degree gauge and provides a guide for making the arcuate incision at the limbus.
• The fine 15°, 100-diamond blade with micro-flat tip ensures blade stability and smooth glide through the corneal tissue.
• The step adjustment feature allows the surgeon to quickly dial in the desired incision depth for the latest techniques using pachymetry (the NAPA Technique introduced by Louis D. Nichamin, MD).
• Step dial ranges from 0.5mm to 0.8mm in 0.05mm increments.
