• Placement of Putterman Eyelid Creaser into the superior aspect of the upper eyelid skin fold demonstrates to patients the effect of an upper blepharoplasty and aids in determining the level to create the upper eyelid crease.
• Can also be used to compress lower eyelid herniated
fat to demonstrate the effect fat removal will have on diminishing inferior orbital rim circles, in deciding whether excision or repositioning is indicated.

• Clamp is utilized during the levator resection procedure; pins and grooves firmly hold the levator aponeurosis edge.
• The ability to reattach the handle on either side of the clamp facilitates severing of levator from superior tarsal border when handle is in the superior position and release of the horns as well as attachment of tarsus to levator with the handle in the inferior position.
